NUSC was well received at the NSCAA Convention that was held this past weekend at the Indianapolis Convention Center . The NSCAA is the largest soccer related Convention in the United States and includes every licensed soccer coach in North America. Several exciting things happened at the show including the MLS Super Draft and the announcement of a new Professional Soccer Team coming to Indy in 2014. However, what stood out the most to me, was the amount of exposure that NUSC had at the show. Parts of six (6) teams, both National and Premier level, had the opportunity to participate in high level drills with various coaches throughout the country. On many occasions, the coaches stated how will prepared the kids from NUSC were for such high level drills! Below is one such testimonial from Greg Maas, Technical Trainer for Utah Youth Soccer. The letter was sent to the organizers of the convention and they in turn forwarded it to NUSC. The letter is as follows:

United SC U-12 Boys were absolutely perfect! I continue to receive positive
messages from coaches specific to the session (and where can they find
more), so I believe the topic was well-received and opened a few coaching
I look forward to speaking to you soon. Again, thank you."
For the Good of the Game!

Finally, to cap off the weekend, we were the only local club that was quoted in the Indianapolis Star in an article discussing the new Professional Team coming to Indianapolis. Our Director of Coaching, Jeff Dresser, was quoted several times regarding soccer, past and present, in Indianapolis.
